One of the biggest forms of disrespect in the service industry is not communicating with a service provider that you will not be showing up and wasting their time. After 15-30 minutes of the appointment time, if you have not reached out you will be considered a no call. After 45 minutes of appointment time, if you have not arrived, you will be considered a no show. After 1 no-call-no-show you will be blacklisted, meaning you will not be able to book another appointment with AP Marie.
Please respect a service providers time by providing a notice before 48 hours of appointment time for any cancellations, rescheduling, or time adjustment requests. I highly appreciate open communication and I am graciously understanding, however, after 3 last minute reschedules, meaning a notice was given within 24 hours of appointment, you will be blacklisted, meaning you will not be able to book another appointment with AP Marie.
In the Beauty industry it's common to pay a deposit for booking any appointment, AP only requires a deposit for color appointments, a non refundable $25 (accepting cash, venmo, cashapp, apple pay, or zelle) to secure appointment time. This payment will go towards your total for the service booked. If you reschedule a week in advance, your deposit will be considered for the new appointment time. However if you reschedule last minute, cancel, or no show; this is a non refundable deposit that will ensure compensation for wasting service provider's valued time.
